This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. We do not know who visits it. The product video is served from a content delivery network, which receives the request needed to deliver the file.
When you activate or check a licence, the program sends us:
If you bought a paid plan we also hold the email address you bought with, so we can send you your key and tell you about renewals.
Your driving data never leaves your computer. Lap times, telemetry, race results, the names of drivers around you and anything else the overlays show are read locally and stay on your machine. We do not receive them, store them or look at them.
Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. They collect the billing details needed for the transaction and for tax. We never see or store your card number.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Only the providers we need to run the service: our payment provider, our email provider and our hosting. They act on our instructions. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
Licence and account data for as long as your licence exists, and afterwards for as long as accounting law requires. Support emails for up to two years.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. Write to contacto@raptoracing.cl from the address you bought with and we will answer within one business day. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
