Raptor Racing Overlay (the "Software") is published and operated by NexWall LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at contacto@raptoracing.cl.
These terms govern your use of this website and of the Software. By downloading, installing or using the Software you accept them.
The Software is a Windows application that reads the telemetry the iRacing simulator publishes for third party applications, and displays it on screen while you drive. It is a digital product: it is downloaded from this website and activated with a licence key. Nothing is shipped.
The Software only reads. It never writes to the simulator, never controls your car and never acts on your behalf.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for as long as your plan is active. The free plan has no time limit.
You may not resell, rent or sublicense the Software, share your licence key with other people, or attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or circumvent its licensing. Doing so ends your licence without a refund.
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. The full detail, including how refunds work, is in our Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; a change only applies from your next renewal, and we tell you in advance. Payment is handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, and taxes are applied according to your country.
We work to keep the Software running, but it depends on a third party simulator we do not control. iRacing may change or remove the data the Software reads, which can break a feature with no notice to us. We will repair what we reasonably can; we cannot promise that every feature will keep working forever.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to say what our Software is compatible with.
The Software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and consumer rights in your country are not affected.
You may stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms, if payment is reversed, or if the account was opened with false details.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so on this page and, where it affects a paid plan, by email before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
