What you are buying

Raptor Racing Overlay is a Windows application that displays live information on screen while you race in iRacing. It is a 100% digital product, downloaded from this website. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

Your purchase grants a personal licence to use the Software for the period you subscribe to.

The plans

• Free: a set of overlays at no cost, with no expiry. Nothing is charged and nothing renews.
• PRO Monthly, US$3.99 per month: every overlay and tool. Renews monthly.
• PRO Yearly, US$23.94 per year: the same, paid once a year at a lower monthly cost. Renews yearly.

The 7-day trial

You can try the full PRO plan free for 7 days, with no limitations. When the 7 days end, if you do not take a paid plan, your account returns to the free plan on its own and nothing is charged.

Automatic renewal

PRO plans renew automatically at the end of each period, using the same payment method, until you cancel.

We email you before each yearly renewal. If a plan price changes we tell you at least 30 days in advance, and the change only applies from your next renewal. If a payment fails we retry for a few days and let you know; if it still cannot be collected, the account moves to the free plan with nothing outstanding from you.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, from your account or by emailing contacto@raptoracing.cl from the address you purchased with. We action it within one business day.

Cancelling does not cut anything off immediately: you keep PRO access until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

Refunds

• First purchase: 14 days. If the Software is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Renewals: 7 days. If a renewal caught you by surprise, tell us within 7 days of the charge and we refund it in full.
• If the Software does not work because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it, we refund you regardless of how much time has passed.

To request a refund, email contacto@raptoracing.cl from the address used for the purchase and tell us what happened. We reply within one business day. Once approved, the money returns to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

We do not refund orders placed with false details, or where the licence terms were broken, for example sharing your key with third parties.
